Incorporating more than one thousand 3D-printed and ceramic wishbones, Swarm Migration took the shape of a flock of birds on the Moody Project Wall at the Moody Center for the Arts at Rice University. The intersection of avian flight and human migration, evoked by the installation, at once abstracts and personalizes the immigration experience.

The Swarm Migration Film, created by Zainob + Mathew Create, documents the artist's work with Rice University students and the broader community. Through story sharing and historical digging around the issues of migration, the piece and the programming revealed and highlighted the layered experiences of Afro-American, Filipino-American, and Latinx communities.
